A question I often get asked is how can I improve the skin on my legs and buttocks ? Is there anyway to shift cellulite ? I have lost the weight but my skin is not firm anymore, is there anything that can be done ?
What is Cellulite ? I have heard the word and know it is not good to have it but what is it and why do women get it ?
Cellulite is subcutaneous fat which is persistent and causes dimpling of the skin especially on women’s thighs and buttocks. Cellulite is a problem affecting 80% to 90% women and only 10% men.
